Shop and sell with confidence
TagFindr is built around real stores, real people and in-person collection. Here's how we keep the community safe — and what you can do to stay protected.
Verified accounts
Shoppers and store owners authenticate with Google-verified accounts, so every review and reservation is tied to a real person.
Two-way reviews
Both shoppers and stores leave honest ratings after a reservation. Low-rated stores and buyers are flagged and can be suspended.
Collect in person
Items are reserved online and collected in-store, so you always see exactly what you're buying before you pay — no surprises, no delivery scams.
Private by design
We never share your contact details publicly. Stores only see what they need to fulfil a reservation — nothing more.
How we protect you
- Active monitoring for ghost items and poor-performing stores, with warnings and suspension when standards slip.
- Reservations use TagFindr credits — no card details shared between buyers and sellers.
- A clear reporting route for suspicious listings, fake items or abusive behaviour.
- Two-way reviews create accountability on both sides of every transaction.
Tips for shoppers
- Read the store's reviews and rating before reserving.
- Check the item's condition, size and photos carefully.
- Use TagFindr's in-app reservation rather than paying outside the platform.
- Inspect the item in person at collection before completing the purchase.
- Leave an honest review so others can shop with confidence.
Tips for store owners
- Respond to reservations promptly to keep your rating high.
- Describe items accurately and photograph any flaws.
- Keep opening hours up to date so reservations don't expire unexpectedly.
- Review genuine buyers and flag no-shows to protect other stores.
- Never ask customers to pay off-platform — it breaks our protections.
