Selling on TagFindr

A quick illustrated guide to setting up your store, listing items, and managing QR codes.

Step 1

Create your account

Sign up with your Google account from the login screen. Once registered, open the Owner Portal to start selling.

Step 2

Set up your store

Add your store name, logo, banner, address and opening hours. This store page is what shoppers see when they tap your store.

Step 3

List your items

From your dashboard tap “Add item”. Upload photos (star one as the cover), then add a title, price, size, brand, condition and category. Toggle “Postable” if you can ship it.

Tag your items — give each item a unique tag or reference so you can tell it apart from the rest of your store’s inventory, especially when several pieces look similar.

Step 4

Request your QR tags

You don't generate or print your own QR codes. Tap the “QR” button on an item in your dashboard to send a request to the admin. The admin will then get in touch with you to deliver the physical tags for your store.

Step 5

Put items on & off the store

Items are live the moment you list them. When something sells or leaves the floor, mark it “Sold” or archive it from your dashboard so shoppers only see what’s actually available.

Step 6

Manage your credits

You get 50 free welcome credits. Listing and selling use small credit deductions. Top up any time from your dashboard or the Credits page.
